🌴 Beach Access Information Guests can enjoy convenient beach access just a short walk from the front of the neighborhood. On the left side, you’ll find a seashell pathway leading to the private beach access. Please note there is no designated crosswalk across A1A. For your safety, we kindly ask that you use caution and follow traffic laws when crossing. 🚫 Accessibility Note: This beach access is not handicap accessible. Due to ongoing dune restoration efforts, the terrain may be slightly steep. For guests who prefer or require flat, easier access, we recommend visiting the South Ponte Vedra Beach Recreation Area, just 4 minutes north on A1A. This family-friendly spot includes: ✅ Picnic pavilion ✅ Grills ✅ Beach walkover ✅ Showers ✅ Restrooms It's a great alternative for guests with little ones, strollers, or accessibility needs. 🛠️ Additional Notes Pool maintenance is scheduled every Monday.
