All the bedrooms include either a Full Queen or King sized bed. A couch in the living room can also be used for additional sleeping. The living room is opened to the kitchen and dining with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. A large deck facing the ocean has an Outdoor Shower, plenty of seating with private steps directly the beach. A wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a place to sit back and relax as the day comes to an end. There's covered parking for 2 cars plus space for 2 cars behind if needed for additional parking. Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all provided for our guests to use. They will be stored in the storage rooms below. All other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well to include a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , Cable TVS are found throughout the house. While spending time at Villa Aqua will be a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 15 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in North East Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North. There is so much to see and do but when it comes to taking a load off and winding down, you won't find a better place than Villa Aqua.

There is so much to do, it's hard to put it all down in a list. Here are a few places to check out during your stay. Nease Beachside Park: Vilano Beach Shopping Center: Just about 4 min drive south takes you to the Shopping center where you will find the best grocery store in the USA (Publix ;-) and other great shopping and dining options. Historic downtown St Augustine: The list is endless for the amount of fun and attractions you can find here. Just about a 10-minute drive south and over the bridge takes you directly into Historic Saint Augustine. Sawgrass TPC: If you love Golf you probably already know about TPC. Just about a 20-minute drive North and you're at TPC. Jacksonville Jaguars Stadium: Located in Downtown Jacksonville is the Jacksonville Jaguars Stadium along with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp (minor league baseball), the Jacksonville Armada (Soccer), Jacksonville Axeman (Rugby), and other sporting events. Head west to I95 and then North to Jacksonville. About an hour's drive depending on traffic. Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens: Also, North about an Hour Drive is the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens. This is a fantastic place to go with the family to see all sorts of exotic and local animals.
