Violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. - Respect Our Neighbors: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep conversations, music, and outdoor activities at a respectful volume, avoid slamming car doors, and refrain from revving engines late at night. - No Tampering with Cameras: Exterior security cameras are provided for the safety of our guests and the property. Tampering with or disabling them will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. - Parking: Please park only in the designated driveway. Street parking and parking on the lawn are not permitted. We have room for 5 cars in the driveways. - Minimum Rental Age: The minimum age to book is 21. The guest who makes the reservation must remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Thank you for helping us care for this home and being considerate of our wonderful neighbors. *Exterior Cameras* For the safety and security of our guests and the property, exterior Ring cameras monitor the outside of the home, including the driveway. These cameras record audio and video and are not monitored once guests have checked in. We respect your privacy and use them only for security purposes. *Florida Wildlife* As with any coastal Florida home, you may encounter native wildlife and insects including lizards, geckos, raccoons, birds, palmetto bugs, ants, and other creatures common to the area. Please avoid feeding or approaching wildlife and help keep doors closed to minimize insects indoors. If you head into the ocean or enjoy the Intracoastal, remember you're sharing these beautiful waters with local marine life. Always use good judgment, follow posted safety guidelines, and supervise children near the water.
